Hi There once again DA Family

its me ei9 with another Journal for all of you to enjoy and even though we are a few days in to it Happy New Month to all of you and Hope that all of you in the states enjoyed your Fourth of July Holiday as much as I did with my family yesterday as we just stayed home and cook while afterwards watched the fireworks on Television and their were plenty of fireworks displayed across the country including the National Mall of my Native Washington DC, and my current hometown of Atlanta, Georgia had an impressive firework showing as well. As for last week My 46th birthday was good as well as my family took me to one of my favorite Hangouts IHOP In which strangely falls itself IHOB because of its burgers. Now frankly I do like their Burgers and fries every time I go there no matter if its back home in the DMV or my new homestate of Georgia in fact I use to work at IHOP as a Host and Bus Boy when I was younger and that was my first real job and I really enjoyed it making my own money. But they should not change it name because Pancakes was and still is their bread and butter(no pun intended, ha-ha!) and if they want to change their names why not IBOB indeed because of their owner and creator Bob Sharp not to be confused with Bob's Big Boy from back in the day but IHOB sounds too corny for me even though I will still go there many more times before I ever set foot on Waffle House again at least IHOB never discrimates against black people especially with all the mess WH and Starbucks been in the news this year with treating their black customers poorly.
Now for the obits and I admit I have lost track on a few famous people that passed away while I was on Birthday Vacation I mentioned the few that I remember First The Sports Entertainment World We lost Leon Allen White(1955-2018) the California Native who was known to the Wrestling fans all over the world as Big Bad Vader a thirteen time world Champion who held titles in the WCW,CWA,UWA and he still is the only wrestler that held three World Heavyweight titles on three different Continents. before Wrestling he was a High school football star in California then became an all American Offensive Lineman at the University of Colorado before being drafted by his hometown team the Los Angeles Rams in the 1978 NFL draft and even played in the Super Bowl the following year before injuries cut his career short.and in 1985 started his legendary Wrestliing career. He was played both a babyface and a heel during his run and gained millions of fans along the way. He died at the age of 64 of heart problems. then today We lost Ed Schultz(1954-2018) the Virginia Native who a Politcial commentor  who was the host of MSNBC's the Ed show which ran from 2009 to 2015 and also have a radio and podcast shows as well. He won numberous awards including a Peabody award and was respected by his collegues. He died at the age of 64 in his DC home. and finally last but not least well it been almost a decade since we lost the King of Pop himself Michael Jackson and last week we lost his father Joe Jackson and say that you will about him all you want but without him and his beautiful wife Katherine they would no Jackson family, one of the greatest musical dynasties in recording history No Rebbie, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine. Latoya, Marlon, Michael. Randy and Janet! that right Joe was a visionary who knew that all of his Children had talent and want to show the whole world and  now it may been some Tough love along the way Joe still love and cared for his kids so much and he and Katherine was always there for them even when they got older and had children of their own Including Michael and most recently Janet's cute baby boy. Mr. Jackson shouldn't be remembered as a hot head villain instead he should be remembered as loving father, Husband, Grandfather and even crafty businessman who had the guts to take his Sons then the Jackson Five out of Motown to CBS/EPIC Records in the 1970's and changing their names to the Jacksons even though Jermaine stayed at Motown because he was married to Berry Gordy's daughter at the time and Youngest Son Randy replaced him in the group and the group continue to make hits and of course Michael eventual Superstardom in the 1980's with one of the albums of my lifetime Thriller.
He died of health failure at the age of 89 with all of his family at his side. Rest in Paradise to those I mention and didn't mention as well.
Finally to more fun things Well The King has got a brand new NBA home and this time its HOLLYWOOD! that right LeBron James is going to one of the NBA most storied franchises The Los Angeles Lakers the Orgination that brought us George Mikan when the Lakers first started in Minnesota before moving to southern California in the 1960's where its star power continued with Jerry West, Elgin Baylor, Gail Goodwich and Wilt Chamberlain thru the 1970's and 1980's with the likes of Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Magic Johnson and thru the 1990's and this century with Shaquelle O'Neal and Lebron's one time rival Kobe Bryant Now King James will end his own legendary career out west trying to bring the Lakers back into glory But things will be interesting at least next year as the questions arise Will he and his new teammates will over the three other heavyweights in the Western Conference, Houston, Oklahoma City and of course Defending Champion Golden State in just to get back to the finals again? and two will he coexist with Lonzo Ball and his braglicious dad Lamar doing the homegames in the staples center? Boy it will be some fun times in LA-LA LAND next season and as for me being a Wizards fan myself I'm happy that he's finally out of the Eastern Conference because my team as well as the rising young powerhouses Celtics and 76ers as well as the Pacers, Bucks and Raptors all got a shot to win the East now that the Boogieman is out and no I do not mean Boogie Cousins who signed with the Warriors yesterday as well and for my foreign friends in DA well the World Cup in Russia is now down to the elite eight starting tomorrow with Urguay taking on France then Regular WC powerhouse Brazil takes on Belgium then on Saturday its Sweden taking on England and then afterwards its the home team Russia and its home turf advantage taking on Croatia with the winners moving on and talking one step closer to the title and all of my DA family who I have been wishing Happy Birthday in your native languages who home countries are still alive Good luck to all of you!
Well thanks again for all the great support that you have given me over the years and always much love to all of you as well and hope that I will keep doing my job in entertaining you.I will be back next time with a Top Ten list and also a Movie review for this month as well. before I go here's another poem for and its quite fitting for the summer as well.

                                                                                                 DAY AT THE BEACH

One of my lifetime fantasties is to spend a day at the beach
To get away from my everyday problems and put them out of reach

Ahh to just relax and sit watching the waves sparking white
Splashing on my feet its such a beautiful sight

All coming from the majestic blue sea
From all of its endless ageless summer beauty

With all the treasures that comes with it likes shells and pearls
They're like diamonds to a girl to share them in her world

Oh I just dream about walking and leaving footprints in the sand
Me and my bikini clad girlfriend together walking hand to hand

Together we will build the most spectacular sandcastle
With ease and without any worries not hassle

We can take a swim all across the ocean with no end
Swimming halfway across the globe before making back to dry land

From oiling our beautiful bodies with lotion Suntan
To sharing a kiss in the moonlight knowing that I'm her man

That will be a perfect day for both of us each
To spend some quality time on a day at the beach

until next time World, Ei9 Atlanta, Georgia

Hi There once again DA Family,

Its me ei9 with another journal for you to enjoy and I just want to first give a big shoutout to all the real men who are fathers, Stepfathers, Grandfathers, Great-Grandfathers, Uncles and even Big Brothers who always their for their Kids and Hope that all of you had a great father's day last sunday and I thank God for letting me the greatest dad ever and the greatest Grandpa ever for helping both me and my brother become the fine men that we are today and I know they up in heaven looking down smiling on both of us. Well for a tribute to my dad Let's start with sports first and Congrats to the Golden State Warriors for winning their Third NBA championship in four Years in a 4-0 sweep of the Cleveland LeBrons I mean Cavaliers(ha-ha!) and I know now the biggest question in not only the Basketball world but of Sports is Where will LeBron James be playing next year?!? is it Los Angeles with either the Lakers or Clippers? is it Houston with the beard James Harden and Lebron's good friend Chris Paul? Is it the Young Rising Powerhouse Philadelphia 76ers Or the other Young emerging Power in the East The Boston Celtics Possibly a reunion with Kyrie Irving who helped him finally win a Championship for the Land two years ago or even Stay in Cleveland and end his career at home, tune in this summer Same LeBron Time, Same LeBron channel meanwhile in Hockey We have a brand new Stanley Cup champion and its a team that I have seen firsthand growing having gone thru so many heartbreaking playoff series losses over the years to now not only Finally raising the cup and drinking out of Lord Stanley but also ending the long curse of DC sports teams not winning a Championship since my Beloved Football Redskins won the Super Bowl in 1992( the year I graduated from High School) Its my native Hometown team the Washington Capitals who beaten the greatest expansion sports team ever so far The Vegas Golden Knights four games to one(sorryMyleslucky7 ha-ha!) and as a Proud Washingtonian now living in Atlanta, Georgia I was indeed got teary eyed at the end when the Caps celebrated on the ice after the horn finally sounded and it was quite fitting that Alexander Overckin the man who was the best player in Hockey if not sports who had never won a championship in his career was the very first one to hoist up the cup a celebrate it around the ice before giving it to his good friend and teammate Nikolas Backstrom before passing it down to all  the other teammates and I even seeing the scenes back home in the Streets of my native DC Was a huge sea of fans in red celebrating the team's victory and unlike Philadelphia when the Eagles won the Super Bowl a few months ago they were no arrests nor people burning down or tearing apart our city. and I even saw the great parade on facebook last week. Congrats to my caps and Good Luck Barry Trotz who stepped down as coach yesterday to either persue other things or enjoy retirement! #ALLCAPS #ALLOURS!
Now for the Obits and We have lost quite a few people since last time First in the Sports world, Anne Donovan(1961-2018) the 6'8 New Jersey Native who was indeed a legend in her College basketball playing career in Old Dominion where she led her team to the final four three times including winning the title in 1980 setting school records in points, rebounds, and  blocked shots and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of fame in 1995 then later in life became the first woman coach to win the WNBA Title in 2004 with the Seattle Storm. She is still the only person that played in a women's Title and coached a team to a championship game as well also she was inducted into the FIBA Basketball Hall of fame in 2015. She died at the age of 56 of health issues, one from the Football world Dwight Clark(1957-2018) the North Carolina Native who played all of his nine seasons with the San Francisco 49ers but will always be remember and Loved by manly Niner fans for "THE CATCH" where he caught the game winning touchdown pass from Hall of famer Joe Montana in the 1981 NFC Championship at home to beat the Dallas Cowboys in helping the 49ers become the NFL team of the 1980's and Clark played on the first two championship teams, after he retired in 1987 the team retired his number 87 jersey in 1988 and later went on to be the general manager and team exective of the new Cleveland Browns from 1999-2002. he died of ALS at the age of 61. Then C.M .Newton(1930-2018) the Tennessee Native who was a two way sports player in his college alma matter Kentucky where he was a benchwarmer on the 1951 NCAA Basketball title team coached by Adolph Rupp but was even better in baseball when as a pitcher help led the baseball team to the National championship then later in life became a coach in three schools Transylvania, Alabama and Vanderbilt completing a record of 340-238 and was a six time SEC coach of the year  before finally making to the Basketball Hall of fame 2000 and the College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006. He died at the age of 86 in his Alabama home and Finally in Baseball Albert Fred "Red" Schoediest(1923-2018) the Illnois Native who was the Oldest living Baseball Hall of fameR who played 19 years in the majors mostly with the St. Louis Cardinals and was a ten time all star, Five time World Champion having his number two jersey retired by the Cardinals and was inducted to the Baseball Hall of fame in 1989. He died at the age of 96 in his Missouri Home and two from the entertainment World First Kate Spade(1962-2018) The Kansas City Missouri Native who worked her way to the top first started off working in the accesscries department of the fashion magazine Mademoiselle she and her Husband started their own handbag business Kate Spade new York in 1993 where she was the founder and Co-Owner and the Handbags became so popular because of their Sophistication and affordability and became a Symbol of 1990's New York. She died of Suicide at the age of 56 and finally Anthony Bourdain(1956-2018) the New York City Native who became one of the most Influential Chefs in the world but also was a acclaimed Author for his 2000 best selling book Kitchen Conifidental:Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly and a Populat Television personality have shows for the Food Network and the Travel Channel and won several achievements during his career. He died  at the age of 61 also of Suicide. Rest in Paradise to all of them who left family and friends behind.

Well thanks again for all the support that you have given to me all these years and I always grateful to be a part of this great website and Before I go Hats off to King T'challa AKA the Black Panther Himself Chadwick Boseman for giving his newly won MTV Movie Award to Waffle House Hero James Shaw Jr who helped stopped a Shooting in his native State of Tennessee earlier this year and the two men embraced each other after that onstage at the MTV Movie awards both men are truly heroes and class acts as well. Speaking of heroes Don't forget to watch the Newest Hit Marvel TV Series "Cloak and Dagger'' Thursday Nights on freeform at eight o'clock Where its based on the famous comic Book where its takes place in New Orleans, Louisiana where two teenagers One Black boy, One White Girl come from different backgrounds and have acquired superpowers after a life changing event that started after a collapse on a oil rig and when the two finally fall in love with each other they realize that their powers work better together than apart.    Hi there once again my friends

Its me ei9 again with at last My Movie Review of Deadpool 2 and it was indeed worth my money and the movie has a bit more heart and emotional than the first one but still has its rauchy moments as well. Ryan Reynolds once again returns as Wade Wilson AKA the Merc with a Mouth and the opening was explosive as DP do what he normally does in killing off assassins but one fateful night on his anniversary celebrating with his girlfriend Vanessa played by Morena Baccarin when Vanessa was pregnant and she and Wade were naming names for their unborn Child. The target that Wade failed to kill came back and shoot and killed Vanessa in front of him and Wade Kills the man in revenge and then six weeks later comits suicide by blowing himself up after he has visions of Vanessa in the afterlife. But the pieces of his body remain alive and put back together by his old X-Men friend Colossius Played once again by Stefan Kapicic who takes him back to the X-MANSION where he also sees another one of his old X-MEN Buddies Negasonic Teenage Warhead played again by the very Beautiful and talented Brianna Hildebrand who even introduce him to her new Pink Haired Girlfriend Yukio played by Shiodi Kutsuma. after that Wade agree to join the X-Men in his healing process and the trio head off into a Mutant Orphanage where they respond to a standoff between the authorizes and a young Hothead mutant Russell Collins/Firefist played by young actor Julian Dennison. Deadpool realizes that the boy and the other orphans had been abused by the staff and kills one of the staff members Colossius stops him from killing again and both Deadpool and Firefist are arrested and taken to the "ICE BOX" a prison for mutans. Meanwhile from the future a Cybernetic Soldier called Cable Played by the Man of the Summer movie season so far Mr. Josh Brolin has travelled to the present to kill the boy who in the future kills his family to prevent him from becoming a Killer! Cable breaks into the Ice box and confronts Collins but Wilson defends him and the two fought into a stand still. nearing death again and having visions of Vanessa who convinces him to help the boy Wilson then organizes a team called the X-Force consists of Domino Played by Zazie Beetz, Bedlam played by Terry Crews, Shatterstar played by Lewis Tan, Zeitgeist played by Bill Skarsgard, Rob Delaney as Peter and a big surprise The Vanisher Played by Brad Pitt to break Collins out of the Prison Convoy. The team launches its assault by parachuting from a plane But all of the members die during the landing except Deadpool and Domino and while the two fought Cable, Collins frees fellow inmate the Juggernaut voiced by Reynolds who agreed to help Collins kill the abusive Orphanage  headmaster Juggernant destroys the convoy and the two escaped.
Cable then comes to Deadpool and Domino while among Wlison's friends Blind Al played by Leslie Uggams and Doppinder played by Karan Soli and Weasel played By T.J. Miller to offer to join forces to stop Firefist and Juggernaut while saving the orphanage but Deadpool told Cable that he wants to talk Collins down first to prevent him from killing and after the Heroes arrived to the orphanage but had to face the Juggernant again Before Colossius, Negasonic and Yukio came in as reinforcements in helping defeat Big Juggs and while Wade failed to talk Russell out of killing the headmaster Cable fired his last bullet meant for Firefist but kills Deadpool wearing the ice box collar instead. after seeing the Sacifice, Collins decided not to kill the headmaster and that changes the future for Cable's family now survived. Cable uses the last Change of his time traveling device to go back several minutes and strap Vanessa's token in front of Deadpool's heart and that help Wilson survive.( GO AHEAD THANOS!!HA-HA!) Collins still has a change of heart afterwards the headmaster is run over by Dopinder in his taxi to end the movie. oh in the mid/end credits sequences Negasonic and Yukio repair Cable's Timetravel device for Wilson he then uses it to saved the Lives of his girl Vanessa and his new Pal Peter and then Kills off His mouthless version of himself in X-MEN Origins Wolverine in which we even see a cameo from Mr. Hugh Jackman as Wolvie and even kills Ryan Reynolds while he was getting ready for his role as Green Lantern. above all Deadpool 2 is a great fun ride and I give it three great stars and already can't wait for Deadpool 3 as well and also X-MEN Dark Phoenix where we saw some of the cast in cameo roles as well! Have a great summer everybody and talk to you next time!

Hi There DA family, Its me ei9 again with another Journal for all of you to enjoy Well its a new month and its a big one for me because June is my Birthday Month and I can't wait for my 46th birthday later this month(June 28) and Congrations to all those who havd graduated this year no matter if its Pre-school, Grade School, Middle School, High School, College, Grad school, Law school, Med school etc. You deserve a great round of Applause for what you have accomplished in your life so enjoy your milestone. Well so much has happended since last time that I talked to you so let begin with the firing of in the closet Racist Roseanne Barr by ABC last week for her horrible facist, Racist Remarks that she gave to former Obama White House adviser Valerie Jarrett calling her a lovechild to Muslims and Planet of the apes that led to ABC cancelling her revival show that had been renewed for next season. All that I can say Good for you ABC for getting rid of that Trashy lady and her tired rheotic that she had been spilling for the last 30 years. Frankly she's not that funny to me anyway and I knew that she was a racist all along when she was dressed up as Hitler from back in the day. I never watched her new show nor didn't really care about the old one. No Wonder ole Drumpf 45 loves her so much they're both alike with their mad twitter ways! Props to the president of ABC Who is a Black Woman by the name of Channing Dungey who made the right decision and there's no place for Racism and facism in this world today Good riddance Roseanne! I have more respect for Rosie O'Donnell than her. To even bigger news Harvey Winestein was finally caught on his sexual harassment charges this past weekend as well and I tell you this if the so Called Me too Movement can bring down Bill Cosby and Now Morgan Freeman with no evidence of them doing harm on anybody they can bring down Winestein who has a history of harassing women in Hollywood over the years and I got a bad feeling that its not over yet!
Now for some better news well the NBA finals has started and for the fourth year in a row Its the Defending Champion Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland LeBrons um I mean Cavaliers who both overcome 3-2 deficits to win game 7 on the road and so far its been all Dubs so far talking a 2-0 lead so far winning the first two at home with the series now shifting to Cleveland later this week But Poor Lebron has been holding up to his bargain scoring 51 points in the first game and if it weren't for J.R. Smith's boneheaded play at the end of the game that led to overtime the Cave could have won the first game. Anyway it will interesting to see if the Splash Brothers and KD can make it three out of four years winning the title or can LeBron somehow preform a miracle and winning another one for the Land before his possibly second departicle from his home. Just one Obit for you Billy Cannon(1937-2018) the Philadelphia Mississippi Native who both the number one draft Pick in both the AFL and NFL draft in 1960 before deciding to join the AFL and had a productive ten year career first with the Houston Oilers(1960-1963) then the Oakland Raiders(1964-1969)and finally the Kansas City Chiefs in his final season in 1970 and was a Three time AFL champion. he was also a Heisman Trophy winner in 1959 when he played college football at LSU where his team won the national champion in 1958 and two time SEC player of the year(58-59) and even his number 20 jersey had been retired by the school. He died at the age of 80. Rest in Paradise Mr. Cannon
We thanks again for all the love and support that You have given me over the years and this journal is relatively short then all of the previous ones because I had a swollen right eye recently and even went to the eye doctor for it But I'm feeling better now and had been taken the medicine for it. Next time I will have a Movie Review and a another Top Ten List later this month as well. Before I go here's a great poem for not only in time for Father's day but all those who loves to go fishing as well.

                                                                                                                                   LIVES OF FISHERMEN!
They're Probably no more carefree yet challenging job than the lives of fishermen
Who They always get up so early to be the first ones to get as many as they can

Like hunting. fishing has been with us ever since man's beginning
Its Orgins that's a skill used for providing food as a way of living

They always come prepared in their proud fishing gear
to Venture our to the river seas without a burden to bare

They're loaded with their fishnets, fishing rods and the hooks in which they put on a worm
To be ready to do their usual business in their fishing boats that's their daily norm

They're catch anything from trout, tuna crabs, Lobsters, shrimps and catfish
Getting any bait that they can and fulfills they greatest wish

Some Fishermen get only a few, others get quite the plenty
But all of them know in their hearts that fishing is their calling Destiny

It's a family tradition that mostly passed down from father and son
Spending quality time together while learning about life and having fun

Yes fishing has always been great for male bonding
No matter if they're helping or competing with each other the fish would be mounting

Today they're two kinds of fishing, Sport and commercial
In which you can join in while the other follows it relaxation principal

Even if you are into one of them it will capture you hook.line and sinker
Just one boat trip would amaze and enlighten even the deepest thinker

So this is the sport that continues to draw people by the masses
To have them getting their chance of catching some Bass

Sometimes we all want to be like them from beginning to day's end
To live the care free lives of fishermen!

Until next time America,
