Hi there once again DA family,

Its me Ei9 with another Journal for all of you to enjoy Well tomorrow's the first day of autumn and that's means the return of the TV fall season including the returns of my favorite shows such as Supergirl, The Flash, Black Lightning and Gotham and New shows such as the new Magnum P.I. Remake on cbs and the fall Movie season such as Mary Poppins Returns, Aquaman and Next Month's Sony/Marvel's Venom as well and Speaking of Movies I know that I haven't given you a Movie review in so long so here's are my quick reviews of  the movies I saw during the summer.. The Increadles 2 Three stars A worthy sequel to the orginal 15 years ago, Mission Impossible fallout Three and a half stars Maybe the best MI movie in the series with surprisining Heel turns by the artist now formerly known as Superman Henry Cavill and Angela Baskett and Tom Cruise doing Tom Cruise things despite breaking his ankle at the end of movie( Tommy you're 56 not 26 anymore, take it easy will ya ha-ha!) and The Equalizer 2 three stars the first ever sequel that Denzel Washington had made in his movie career and He is still a Badass today even at the age of 60! so that's my very short movie reviews for now. Now for some serious news My condolesences to all the families of the Victims of Hurricane now Tropical storm Florence that hit both North and South Carolina and parts of Virginia last weekend and Last that I counted it was 35 deaths including a infant boy as well Godspeed to those down there and even though its not as bad as Hurricane Harvey that ripped though Texas and Louisiana and Hurricane Maria that tore apart Puerto Rico last year the people down there needed help.
Now for the Obits and here two for you first the Legend Himself Mr. Burton Leon Reynolds(1936-2018) The East Lansing, Michigan Native who before becoming a movie star was an College All American Running back at Florida State where he roomed with now ESPN College Football broadcaster and anayst Lee Corso when they became friends before injuries ended his promising career and after trying out in law enforcement The acting bug bit him and he started his career in Theatre and then Hollywood came calling and Burt was appearing in Television with guest starring roles in Gunsmoke, Perry Mason, The Twight Zone and Route 66 before finally landing his first movie starring role in 1965's Operation CIA and the rest was history. He had box office hits though the 1970's and 80's started with his Breakout role as Lewis Medlock in Deliverance and his most famous role as the Bandit in 1977's Smokey and the Bandit continued until the late 80's when his movies were flopping in the box office before finally heading back to Televison with the Hit CBS comedy Series Evening Slade(1990-94) and in 1997 was Nominated by the Academy Awards for Best supporting actor for his big comeback hit Boogie Nights in 1997. Mr.Reynolds lived a lifestyle life having a May-December romance with Dinah Shore who was 16 years older than him and had been  married twice including to Loni Anderson in the late' 80's to early 1990's But the Love of his life was indeed his co star of the Smokey and the Bandit movies, Sally Field who they were very close to the end. He died of an Heart attack in his Florida Home at the age of 82. Mr Reynolds Legecy will live on forever and Here's my Top Ten List of my Favorite Burt Reynolds Movies of all time.

Rest In Paradise to the Legendary Bandit Himself, Mr. Burt Reynolds and thanks for all the great memories that you gave us both in Movies and Television! #LEGEND!
Hi There once again DA Family,

Its me ei9 with another Journal poem for all of you to enjoy! Well its September now and Summer's down on its last legs meaning that School's back all over the country again even though it had already started last month here in the south and its also means that football season's in the air again In High School, In College where the big questions are will Alabama repeat again as National Champions? Can Georgia rebound from that Heartbreaking overtime loss in the Tittle game to take the next step? Or will fellow worthy title contenders Clemson, Wisconsin, Washington, Ohio State and Oklahoma to name a few be the new champ? and the NFL season starts on Thursday Night and the questions are Will The Eagles repeat as Super Bowl Champions? Can Tom Brady and the Patriots rebound and win their Sixth Title? or will other Contenders from the AFC like Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Houston, and the Los Angeles Chargers and from the NFC like New Orleans, Carolina, Green Bay, Minnesota, the Other Los Angeles team The Rams or even the team that will host Super 53 this year in the Mercedes Benz Dome  in Georgia The Home standing Atlanta Falcons be finally be crown Champions at last But you know me matter what I'll always and forever be loyal to the team I grew up with back in DC the Washington Redskins and  that they'll be fine with New quarterback Alex Smith and hope that future hall of famer running back Adrian Peterson has anything left in the tank, they won't win the super bowl this year but they do have a nice young Defense to build on for the future!#HTTR4LIFE. Now to a much more serious subject my condolescenes goes out to the families of the Victims down in Jacksonville Florida as four people were shot dead and others injured doing a Madden Video game show down there and the Gunman who was a sore loser ended up killing himself in the process. Yet once again another Mass Shooting in the Sunshine state and there have been quite a few of them the last few years from the Gay Nightclub shootings in Orlando two years ago, to the High School Shootings in Miami earlier this year and now this madness down in Jacksonville and as long as The NRA and the Drumpf Tea Party republicans continue to have their way, they'll always be tragedies like this.
Now its time for the Obits and they are few of them since the last time that I talked to you the first two are from the Entertainment World, Robin Douglass Leach(1941-2018) the British born native who started his career as a print journalist in both his native England and the United States as well work in such newspapers and magazines such as the New York Daily news, People Magazine, and Ladies Home Journal and even moved to television working along the likes of Regis Philbin and Sarah Purcell of NBC's Real People fame before becoming famous himself as the host of the long running  Television Series Lifestyles of the Rich of Famous which it runs from 1984 to 1995 and the show focused on profiling well Know celebrities and their lavish homes and lifestyles and was often paradied by other actors with his Signature phrase'' Champaign wishes and caviar dreams' later in like he moved to Las Vegas where he continued to work as a journalist for several Vegas newspapers. He died at the age of 76 by complications of a stroke in his Las Vegas home. the Second death followed a day later Neil Simon ( 1927-2018) The Bronx New York native who born on the Fourth of July during the Great Depression and after growing up from a unhappy Childhood he graduated from High school and spend a few years in the Army Air Force reserve he begin to write comedy scripts for shows on Radio and the early years of television in the 1950's such as Sid Caesar's Your show of shows and the Phil Shivers show then in the 1960's he began to write his own plays for broadway First with 1961's Come blow your horn which it took three years to complete and ran for 678 perfomances on Broadway before following up with two more popular and successful plays 1963's Barefoot in the Park and his most famous one of all that won him a Tony award in 1965 The Odd Couple which it eventually became a hit Movie in the 60's starring Jack Benny as Felix Unger and Walter Mathow as Oscar Madison and even a hit ABC TV series in the 1970's with Tony Randall as Unger and Jack Klugman as Madison. The Play made him a natural celebrity and from the 60's to the 80's he continue to write both orginal screenplays and stage plays with some of them based on his work. he was nominated 17 times and won three Tonys for his career and even become the first living playwright to have a New York theatre name after him in 1983, The Neil simon Theatre. He died at the age of 91 in his Manhattan Ny home. and finally from the Political world John Sidney McCain III(1936-2018) the Long time Senator of Arizona who ran against Barack Obama for president in 2008 and Was a Prisoner of War in Vietam from 1967-1973, But was a Proud server of his country graduated from the United states Naval Academy in 1958 and continue to serve for the Navy during the Vietam war in which that he was almost killed before being captured which left him with both physical and mental scars for the rest of his life, he retired from the Navy in 1981 as a captain and after started his career in politics in 82 and become a five time Senator to his home state of Arizona up into his death. Now I might have some disagreements with Mr, McClain actions over the years with him being a Republican especially when he tried to keep Arizona from celebrating the MLK holiday back in the day But He was a true Gentleman that was loved and respect by both Democrats and Republicans and not affaid to speak his mind and disagree with all the craziness of his own GOP party been doing lately and even when he was dying of Brain cancer he was a true Lion and solidier to the end. He died at the age of 81 in his Arizona Home surrounded by his family including his Daughter Meghan McClain, one of the hosts of ABC's The View Now I have issues with her as well but she does indeed loved her father up into the very end the same way that I lost my own father Ten years ago to lung Cancer. Mr.McClain was indeed an True American Hero and Ten times the man that our so called current president wannabe Dictator will never ever be. Rest In Paradise to those three great men and their legacies will live on forever. #LEGENDS!
Well Thanks for all the great comments Dev watches, and Llama Badges that you have given me over the years and Always a treasure everytime and I will continue to do my best Next time I will have a top ten list for the month as well . Before I go Here's a Poem and it goes out to my cousin who he and his wife will be spending both his 48th birthday and their 21st Wedding anniversary in the Place that they use to call home Las Vegas before they moved back to Atlanta a Long time ago...

                                                                                                     CASINO

Some days I just want to be playing in the casino in hoping for some good luck
Putting all my chips on the table and placing my bets on getting a quick buck

I just want to shuffle all of my cards Into the center of  the deck
In hopes of being a winner tonight and cashing in on my paycheck

It's a real big challenge for you to pull out your sight hand
in making a bold move in you taking a stand

Mississippi Riverboat gamblers are always pulling out all the stops
Putting all the their savings and fortunes on the time to see if they can reach the top

if they are successful they just say to the dealer "Hit me again!"
Bur if their luck finally runs out them it's the end

Gamblers should know how to put up their ace of spades
Or be humiliated feeling that they been cut by some blades

Like that old Kenny Rogers lyric "Your got to Know when to hold 'em Know when to fold them, when to walk away know when to run
You never count your money sitting on the tablem there'll be time enough for counting when the dealing's done

Look I'm no real gambler I don't play the slot machines that often to make it my habit
if you gamble too much well they call them one-arm bandits

So know what you're doing and don't try to be no hero
it all about controlling your will playing in the casino

Until next time America, Eric Isaac ei9 Atlanta Georgia

 Hello Once again DA Family,

Its me ei9 again and I'm back with my normal regular journal for you to love and first of all thank all of you for enjoying my special tribute Journal to the now late Great Aretha Franklin last week and She's was a musical singing Goddess indeed  whose music has touched lives and inspire many generations of woman of all colors and races to be like her and of course many in the Music World paid their condolescenes to her family and some nice tributes about her. Well I did say that Ms. Franklin died on Madonna's Birthday last week and the always egotistical Material Girl once again had to make somebody's dying all about her once again, First she did that trick when Michael Jackson died almost ten years ago, Then when Prince died two years ago she did it again in the Billboard Music Awards and Now this past Monday night on the MTV Music Video Awards( Who which i'm glad that I didn't watch it in fact I don't watch MTV no more) She came on all dress like she just came out of Woodstock in the 1960's to just to do a tribute to the great miss franklin maybe even sing one of her songs But No she Just had talk about how great herself is again and only mentioned Aretha twice in her speech!Look I know that they are some artists are Indeed Divas and got that attitude but Miss Madonna Enough is Enough, This moment was suppose to be all about the life and career of Miss Franklin But you once again had to make things all about yourself again. Maybe you're still mad about her dying on your birthday But Give the Rightfully Queen of Soul some R-E-S-P-E-C-T Okay and the saddiest thing about it that when You die The world will all of a sudden stop and just be playing your music and having countless tributes to you non-stop so a message to MTV as well as BET, the AMA's and even the Grammies the next time a big musical legend dies Do Not I repeat Do Not have Madonna on to say some words about them in a memorial segment She'll talks like this is her funeral instead!
Speaking of Music another artist Who just like Madonna who music is mostly about getting your freak on with songs like "Bump &Grind, "12play'' "Your Body's callin' and Honey Love'' but also has some songs that I love like Step in the Name of Love, I Believe that I can fly and I Wish But is in the news lately for all the wrong reasons, and the artist i'm talking about is one Mr. Robert Sylvester Kelly better known to the world as R.Kelly and earlier this month He released a 19 minute song called " I Admit it" in which He talks about having a rough childhood even being raped at the age of 11 by a family member, dropping out of school, never going to church and  being falsely accused of Child Pornography and even keeping women as young as even thirteen as his slave slaves in his Chicago and Atlanta mansion homes and being the latest victim of the Me too Movement while throwing the likes of Wendy Williams, Steve Harvey, Tom Joyner and fellow soul singer John Legend under the bus. Look as you know that I'm no big fan of either Wendy Williams nor Steve Harvey But Kells worry about your own business first Like trying to read and write and being about the right kind of people Like you said in your song and he even mention his three kids as well and admitting that he haven't been the world's greatest Dad as of late. I'm Sorry mr. Kelly You maybe stll a great artist, singer, writer and Producer but you are one sad, sick human being that only loves women who's young enough to be your granddaughter let alone daughter. Just gets some help and step out of the Spotlight for a while Because Nobody wants to spend 19 minutes listening to your sad story and it reminded me of  your earlier song ''Heaven I need a Hug" When you were in hot water back then with that infamous sex tape of you peeing on a minor and your ''marriage'' to the Late Aaliyah in who its been 17 years since we lost the young rising star of the music world and still is missed today! so enough with the sad excuse songs and Just admit that you got a problem!
Now time for the obits and Miss Franklin wasn't the only legend that we lost last week, The Wrestling world lost another great one,Jim Neidhart (1955-2018) the Tampa Florida Native who wrestling fans all over the world call him the ''Anvil'' and spent most of his career in the WWE and was a two time tag team champion with Wrestling Hall of famer Bret the hitman Hart in whom he helped form the Hart Foundation one one of the most known and powerful stamples in Wrestling history Died at the age of 63 in his Florida home He leaves behind three children including his daughter Current WWE superstar Natalya. From the Political world Kofi Annan(1938-2018) The Ghanian born Native who became the first black African to head the United Nations and Redefined it of his great leadership and humanitan ways in his two terms and even won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2001 Died at the age of 80 in Switzerland and Today in the Entertainment world We lost Barbara Harris(1935-2018) The Illinois Native who began her career in Broadway and appearing in such movies like A Thousand Clowns, Nashville, Freaky Friday, Peggy Sue Got Married and Grosse Pointe Blank while winning a Tony Award and getting Numerous Golden Globe and Oscar Nominations Died at the age of 83 in her Arizona Home. Rest In paradise to all the legends
Now for much happier news Well Summerslam 2018 was held in Brooklyn,New York and History was made on that night as Ronda Rousey only seven months into her Wrestling career Defeated Alexa Bliss in becoming the New Raw Women's Champion and also becoming the first woman in history to hold titles in both UFC and WWE after the match Ronda celebrated with her real life husband Travis Browne, The Bella Twins and Natalya who showed up two days after attending her father's funeral. Other Matches including Charlotte Flair defeating Becky Lynch and Carmella to retain the Smackdown Women's title, Shinsuke Nakamira defeating Jeff Hardy to retain the US Title, Samoa Joe defeated Aj Styles via DQ for the WWE TITLE, Seth Rollins defeated Dolph Ziggler to win the Intercontenial Championship and in the main event match Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar to win the Raw Univeral title, Overall a Good show!
Well thanks again for all the great responses, Dev Watches and Llama badges that you give me and always a treasure hearing from you once again, Next month I will be back with another poem, Top ten List and maybe even a movie review as well. see ya next time folks!
