Mission Synopsis
A localized but intense magical blight is affecting a dense residential sector in the Kowloon Sprawl. The runners are initially hired by a desperate community leader just to find the source of the "bad juju."
The investigation reveals that the Yellow Lotus Triad is forcefully redirecting a minor dragon line (ley line) to power a massive, illicit magical BTL manufacturing lab hidden beneath the city. Disrupting their operation draws the ire of the Triad's hierarchy, culminating in a showdown with their feared enforcer, Jade "Storm-Crow" Lin.
