Dr. Twilight Sparkle in Scrubs

Dr. Twilight Sparkle, Junior Neurosurgery Fellow photographed during the historic MoboTech N95 hospital-wide deployment on November 16, 2011. She is donned with her signature white eco-friendly odor-blocking MoboTech MT-N95-MC-2011 molded cup-style respirator with blue straps, white bouffant cap, and blue scrubs. Captured while she was reviewing pre-operative brain scans in the neurosurgery prep room by Nurse Miles 'Tails' Prower.

Status: Diligent, research-focused, and still earning her wings, literally and professionally. She is well-known for her impeccable documentation and the innovative approach to magi-medical integration. "The cup molded-style is extremely comfortable for the long microsurgical procedures. The odor-blocking filter is a must when working with open cranial cavities when one is protected, it is possible to focus on the surgery, and... aromatics do not matter."

This pic depicts Dr. Twilight Sparkle (prior to her alicorn transformation) with a soft purple coat, a colorful mane with pink and purple stripes, that is carefully covered by a round wig, only one horn peeks out just above the mask. Her large violet eyes, shining and zipped with determination, are visible over the white molded respirator labeled as MoboTech. It matches her face perfectly. The design of this respirator element takes into consideration the shape of the face while giving the best possible balance of filtration and comfort. Still, the light has remained even at that time - the same thoughtful brain that would at one time radically change the study of magic-related diseases and after which she, in fact, would be reckoned as one of the most medically skilled surgeons in the hospital.

The picture depicts her in her unicorn shape, her lavender skin, her distinctive pink-and-purple striped season contained neatly under the bouffant cap, single horn seen poking out above the mask line. Her big violet eyes are staring and determined above the white MoboTech respirator which is comfortably fitting her equine muzzle to help protect and filter her lungs from odor, blood fluids, bacteria, and also hazardous gases or widespread epidemics that could lead to illness or death. The molded cup-style design matches her facial structure and at the same time yields the highest filtration efficiency. Nevertheless, there was nevertheless a flicker of genius - the very same analytical mind that would later bring about a revolution in magical neurology and make her one among the most highly regarded surgeons in the hospital.

Team Note (2011): Working together with Dr. Ernest Snootie's ENT department (cross-training on cranial procedures), Spike's nursing coordination unit, and Tekno the Canary's biomedical engineering lab. Still getting surgical leadership confidence - often double-checks themselves three times before going ahead. Famous for her color-coded surgical checklists, her habit of murmuring anatomical facts silently as well as her partnership with Princess Celestia (who is her mentor and at times her consultant).

Dr. Twilight Sparkle, Chief of Neurosurgery & Director of Magical Biology Research, was taking a staff update after she became an alicorn. She was photographed wearing the same trusted white eco-friendly odor-blocking MoboTech MT-N95-MC-2011 molded cup-style respirator with blue straps, white bouffant cap, and blue scrubs with senior attending insignia. Her picture was taken by Nurse Spike the Dragon, while she is giving teaching rounds to surgical trainees in the neuro ICU.

Status: Confident, authoritative, and magically enhanced. Most recently focused on her path-breaking industry of magical energy's role in neural regeneration and her management of the hospital's most difficult cases. "Even after my transformation, the molded cup-style is still my mask of choice. The odor-blocking, fluid-resistant, bacteria-filtering, and hazardous gas protection features are must-haves when working close to magical energy sources. Proper protection allows me to save lives without risking my own."

The picture depicts her entirely changed, her lavender coat now gently glowing with magic, wings neatly tucked behind her gown, dual horns seen just over the mask. There is a great depth of understanding and silent dominion in her eyes, yet they still have the same commitment flickering behind them. Her favorite mask hasn't changed yet, the MoboTech MT-N95-MC-2011 proves that some standards are so good that they don't need changing. Besides giving the shape and support she relies on for long hours of neurosurgery, it also protects her.

Team Note (2013): Being the leader of Surgical Team 4 (Equestria Exchange Unit) with Spike as her right-hoof nurse. Along with Dr. Claire the Bat, she is diving deep into research on magical pathogens, collaborating with Galaxina and Cosmo the Seedrians in the development of plant-magic neural therapies, and providing guidance to young surgeons, including the twins Ootsie and Bootsie Snootie. Her "Sparkle Protocol" on magic-related infection is the latest hospital standard.People admire her for keeping cool when things get hectic; they have seen her near-classic knowledge of both medicine and magic; she's also notorious for leaving inspiring messages on the charts of trainees. You can often find her in the library at 3 AM, going over research for rare diseases "just in case."

That mask is similar to the face mask she wore in the My Little Pony: Pony Life episode, "Pinkie Pie: Hyper-Helper", as she shoves the sick Rainbow Dash out of the kitchen.
