Elune

Elune, the White Lady, one of the two moons of Azeroth. Fan art from the World of Warcraft universe. This is a work done for another project of mine, which may or may not see the light of the day (or the night) (because elune and night elves, get it get it?   )
I didn't really find much artwork of her excluding one old piece in black and white, so I did my own take on the goddess (I was inspired by the original though). Because of the tinfoil hat theory of Elune being one of the Naaru, I wanted the glowing thing on her forehead to distantly resemble the spell effect of the Gift of the Naaru. Lots of moons, blue hues, Azeroth as a planet - I really liked painting this thing.
