Samurai Leonardo - TMNT

Here is my second attempt at doing a cel-shaded painting, with my Cammy one being the first. Still wound up being over 80 layers but took around 8 hours in Procreate. Other than a leafy brush for the cherry blossom and brush, the entire thing was done with the Technical Pen brush.
