After planning this for quite a while, last weekend I finally managed to get my lazy ass of the couch. So digged deep in my basement and reactivated the old fog machine.
And voila! She is still working splendid. Also I spent the last few days by making copies of this tiny window, Chino has for her base.
I do like that both, figures and bases are getting more and more complex, but sometimes it also limits the creativity quite a bit.
For example, the major theme for this composition was “well,….something with windows I guess…”
Since the base of this figure doesn’t let you vary the motive that much, I decided to run with it and created a bunch of fake paper craft windows to extend her stand.
And in order add a little more “something” and gave the picture a dreamier look by working with tiny spotlights (a very good investment) and said fog generator.
The outcome is somewhat satisfying, but I wished the smoke would be more visible :/
Well, I guess you can’t have it all ^^°
As for the figure herself, she is beautiful sculpted and has a nice color scheme, even if here pupils are a little cross-eyed – I don’t know…it’s kinda odd.
And as for a gimmick you even can remove here hat.
