How exactly do you upload this to GIMP? I'm at a complete loss on how to do it o.o

There are a few tricks to use them on gimp, it only support internal palettes, the .aco files are not sported, and the .ase is supported only by using a plugin that takes the .ase files and change them to gimp palettes. This is done using plugins like this one on gimp.org [link]
