I'd like to sell prints from an online store/site ...something other than DA (though if you have had good experiences with that, feel free to share!)
...
I have no idea what sites even exist for this. Redbubble.com prints stuff, everything from paper prints to posters to shirts and stuff - but i don't know if they're good, or if the artist makes a fair share of profit from selling there.
And i know there must be other sites like that, but i don't know them.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I know at least a few people would want to buy prints of my art, and it's just too inefficient to sell the ones i make online.
I don't expect much response to this, but i figured i'd ask anyway. Thanks in advance if you offer any suggestions or have an experience to share!

No experience with selling, but RedBubble works well from a buyers point of view. Especially as I'm in the UK and a 5 shirt order gets me free shipping (unlike We Love Fine which requires a second mortgage...).

Like Vinsit, I have no prior experience with selling prints as I too am not an artist. However, I can provide you with a possible alternative to Redbubble, if you so choose. (Not sure what they allow or don't allow mind you) You could try [link] as they have been strongly backing their MLP merchandise. As for shipping and such, I am not sure how they handle services but I do know an artist that does sell her work there.
Here is her page :iconhinoraito:
I am sure she'd be happy to answer any questions you have.

I have no personal experience with this but i have heard from artist, such as slugbox on the topic. which say that no such site really exist, if there was a site like this were the site took care of all the printing and shipping etc and the artist still got a fair share of the profit the shipping company wouldn't really go with a bonus. If you really want to get a fair share you should get a printer and do the shipping and everything by yourself. But i realize this might not be possible and I've heard that redbubble is the best of the options, But hey! I might be wrong this i just what i hear ^^ hope this might have help'd in some way! have a great day EC<3

Thank you ^.^

And yeah, for selling at conventions i will definitely continue to sell my own prints, as the profit is entirely mine after subtracting materials. But it might be worth it to use a service to do prints to be shipped - after the time it takes to package and ship them, and the occasional hassle/loss of having to deal with the postal service losing them (whereas using a service would mean i wasn't responsible for that) it might be worth it. Even though i'd probably only make a couple dollars on a print instead of like 5 or 6.
The volume of prints i could sell would be substantially more, without having to sacrifice my time.

Anyway, just thinking aloud. Thanks for your input!
