I'm a new guy to Deviant art and programming in general. What does it take to write script for RainMeter?

Classes, tutorials, books?
In it's simplest form, Rainmeter uses Measures to obtain some useful information and meters to display that info on your desktop. It can be coded using any text editor (Notepad++ is my recommended program) and following the documentation and tutorials and reading the manual. It is not difficult, but if you need help. the Rainmeter Forum is the place to ask questions and learn.
