Following the argument, Koa leaves the den to get some night air, and eventually leaves to seemingly do a patrol.

Koa departs from Volaires and begins a new chapter. Excited to see where they go next.

This was supposed to happen in fall after the flamesoul event, but my motivation tanked so hard that i couldn't work on the stuff efficiently. Since it has been such a long time that i cannot justify just backdating it, i have decided Koa has stewed all winter and tried to push through their father's disappointment about them not achieving the title, and eventually that shame reached a boiling point and led to Koa's attempt to force agency in their life. With how badly that attempt went argument wise, Koa felt it better to leave everything behind, realizing that their family would never be proud of their achievements even if they did what they wanted. I initially was going to write out the whole argument, but i think Koa's dad and family in general has had enough appearances as it is and i just wanted to get this out especially with a new event on the horizon for the group lol.

Ramblings aside, a new chapter for this golden guy begins...
