Here's a neat colour scheme for iTunes: SPASMOID - iTunes Skin by =Easel. Definitely digging the red, and the green highlights! Simple and sweet.

Description
SPASMOID for iTunes - Full View!
Firstly, don't ask me where the name came from because I really have no idea. The word 'Spasmoid' simply floated into my head. I tryed to keep the skin as simple as possible and not take to much away from iTunes because it already has beautiful graphics. For this reason alot of the files are very similar or modified versions of the original iTunes skin. I hope you like the colour scheme, I'm still slightly undecided.
I've tryed to slim down the file size as much as possible but it still contains over 170 custom files and images!
Time Taken: 14 hours (over 3 days)
Software: ResHacker, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Macromedia Fireworks 8
Installation Instructions:
► Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes
► Download and install Multi-Plugin by 'localhost'
► Download and install 'SPASMOID' by clicking 'Download to Desktop' (auto-extracting file)
► Restart iTunes and select 'SPASMOID' in the preferences under the 'multi-plugin' tab
Limitations
► 'SPASMOID' will automatically skin all components of iTunes including the 'mini-player' however due to unavoidable restrictions within iTunes itself the 'equalizer window' and the 'Taskbar Player' cannot be skinned properly. (They still reatain 100% function however)
► 'SPASMOID' may not work on older versions of iTunes; make sure you have atleast 6.0.1.3 please.
► If the skin does not display properly or the menu does not show for some reason simply restart iTunes.
I look forward to all your comments, praise, bug reports, advice, questions, fav's, rants and explosions!
