This is probably one of the biggest paintings I've done to date, largely due to the amount of characters and the detail I needed for the environment. The vibe is meant to be homey, welcoming, and perhaps a little hungry! So I focused a lot on the posing (framing that many characters together without it getting too cluttered is tough ;_; ) and the actual food itself since it's a cafe/restaurant. :>

All in all though I'm very happy with how it came out! There's actually some story to be had with this, but you'll have to ask the commissioner for more information. owo In the meantime though, I've also done a handful of commissions surrounding these characters and this concept! :>
