Dreamcast Era Character Appearance

well, just for fun, i decided to make a few icon, use some made by others and include some official ones so i can make a list of which game the character appear as playable, exclusive to multiplayer, npc, cameo and even mention. all in the dreamcast era. just to see who made the most appearance and who made the less.

i placed them in the order i believe the dreamcast era goes timeline wise.
