This is Dan's partner, Cassandra. I am sorry to bring bad news. Dan passed away on Nov, 9th, 2021. While his health was bad, how it happened was unexpected.. I was able to have last words with him before he headed into surgery. He never woke up, and passed away with his daughter by his side. Dan had been slowing down on art creation, it was harder and harder for him to work through the pain. He was happy right up until the end though, still full of life, still full of love. Always helping who he could however he could. Enjoying company of family and friends, good food, movies, documentaries, music, working outside. He was able to meet his newest grandchild... Dan was an artist his whole life, art was his passion. A jeweler and woodworker.. He was a lover of all art. A creator, and a collector. I'm not sure what to say, I could write endlessly about him. He was a wonderful man, kind, patient, giving. There is a void left that no body else could ever fill.
