Haunted by dead unemployed

The closure of most of the factories in Charleroi caused a massive loss of jobs, and the Charleroi region is socially devastated. On this picture, you can see the ruins of the power plant of Monceau-sur-Sambre (West part of Charleroi). I did not visit it, because I was on the other side of the river Sambre (the north side) and just took one picture. Maybe another time. But there were quite a lot of interesting things to see on the southern side of the river...
