Jojo my OC (Fanart)

This came out INCREDIBLE! Way better than I expected, I love it, SO MUCH. This is my favorite drawing I think I have ever done. I don't know why I love it SO MUCH-

I was just going to do a plan background, but I got too carried away. I was like "Hey! Let's add some rainbows, stars, and sparkles!" "And other crap!" I guess when you take it very seriously, things might look better then you expect.

When this was done, I got like a boost of happiness lol-
