Que friega, luego de varias semanas de intenso trabajo y sacrificio, he bajado ya 10 kilos, puro ejercicio, puro esfuerzo real, de dieta simplemente como menos, y no tomo refrescos.Aunque se escuche muy padre, aun me falta una buena cantidad de kilos para lograr el objetivo, y las visitas al Carls Jr se han reducido enormemente.SaludosMMM good news, i´m less fat than a few weeks ago, my secret? pacience and excercise, that´s all.See ya
