Sounds a bit like something they do around here called, "Acquire the Fire." It is one big Christian concert that attracts over 100,000 teens and chaperones to some local venue or stadium. I remember going one year back when I was a Christian.

this is just the local church and a maximum turnout we're expecting is about 200 max. And the church wanted to keep it as simple as possible 'coz of the budget for printing. But yeah I get your point
