D'welle
D'welle is an experimental music collective working primarily within ambient, drone, pressure ambient, hauntology, and minimalist electroacoustic composition. The project is characterised by long-form works that explore perception, presence, memory, and the relationship between the individual and the environment through extended duration, restrained development, and sparse sonic language.
Rather than presenting narrative in a conventional sense, D'welle's recordings often function as phenomenological environments, inviting sustained attention rather than directed interpretation. Their work places emphasis on gradual transformation, silence, repetition, and the changing relationship between listener and sound over time.
