This is actually the first 'real' drawing I did in my tan sketchbook. It was subject to my bad habit of starting a drawing too close to the center of the sheet, causing everything on one side to be dangerously close to being cut off (something that ceases to be a problem when you draw digitally). It was also subject to my lack of overall skill with my traditional art tools...but I still like it for the most part.
What I like about this picture (beyond the pose) is the shiny metallic look of the boots and sword. I really like how good it looks.
Thanks! Sometimes I have a few happy accidents with these traditional tools of mine. Now if only I can make them more intentional...
LOL Oh my lord DM. Dude it's fine, your art is good be confident. It's all on the page tho. LOL It is hard to go back (paper and pencil), I drew a Madeline head a bit too big and I was like I can't resize this! LOL
Seems the words I use make me sound more "down" than I really am...
