Digital Girl by Dualmask Digital Girl by Dualmask
Just a test run on a new doodad I got recently.

Drawn, colored and uploaded via Microsoft Surface Pro 128GB tablet using a combination of Easy Paint Tool SAI, Sketchbook Pro 6 and Photoshop.

Thanks! I did a pretty bad job on that shotgun though, but I was just doodling. Next time I'll do better!

Really cool to hear you used a Surface for this, I had been pondering one but I think the cost is just too prohibitive for me at the moment. it's great to see your first attempt on it, thanks so much for sharing (and she looks good!)

Glad you like it! Yeah, the Surface was a bit pricey, but my goal has been to find some kind of portable digital drawing solution, and I think the Surface comes pretty close. Though, at present there's no Wacom-like pressure sensitivity in Photoshop or SAI, it does work in Autodesk Sketchbook, which made drawing this a joy.

Glad you like it! I need to get a lot faster but I suppose that'll come with practice. :)

Indeed. A lot of practice and some memorization of hotkeys will speed up your work a great deal. :D

Yep, I figured I would at least try it...not totally ready to stop killing trees yet but I must admit it was convenient. :)
