I've decided it's time for me to improve my drawings, thanks to a few people I was able to see my mistakes more clearly. Aside from that, I've looked through several tutorials to learn how I must improve my art.

I studied lineart, blending, color theory and light, and I improved on anatomy a little. I also made good use of the critique provided by some friends.

I also made some observations myself, most importantly I think that characters look much better with an environment. I don't really like doing backgrounds so I made it pretty simple. I could have improved the illumination on the rocks, but it's such a hard job, I already had to draw those one by one.

In total I spent two full afternoons and a few hours more on this. I hope you like it.


I decided I'd use natural colors of a fox this time, her name is Jennifer, which I found really fitting. I also named some of my other characters:
My brown wolf is Roxanne and my grey fox is Sylvia. I've edited their deviations accordingly.
