Nyaedriel from Monsters and Dames 2016

I can finally post this!! It was my submission for the 2016 ECCC Monsters & Dames Artbook. They sell the books each year featuring art from the artists in attendance that year. The proceeds go to Seattle Children's Hospital. Every year I go to ECCC I pick up a copy of the book to get signed by the artists. But this year I was one of the artists featured in it!!

They wanted OC's so I went with my fantasy river elf, Nyaedriel. She's protecting a young Sunset Serpent she accidentally summoned from soldiers who think it's a danger to the ship.
I am really proud of how this one turned out, as well as the reception of the character/scene during ECCC!
