Rainbow Power Rarity

This was basically just a learning exercise to try to emulate antiander's style, because it's rad. But I could not divine his secrets and had to resort to my normal coloring techniques in certain places. Her face ended up kinda dennybutty.
I also wanted to see if I could make the rainbow power effect a bit less gaudy for a pony like Rarity.
