Why Topolino comic allowing characters using real-life firearms such as Colt M1911, M16 rifles, Browning, Double Barrel Shotgun unlike any Disney comic? Because in America, Disney comic always characters using generic Tommy Gun.

Great question...slightly misplaced period. Not that you're wrong, but nowadays even Topolino is censoring or downright deleting firearms. A rather infamous story has been published some months ago that involves Goofy taken hostage by a bandit and Chief o'Hara rescuing him. Not a single firearms is present. Results: a bunch of people waving their fists menacingly. Only characters like Scrooge or...we call him Dinamite Bla, I don't know the original name...use old blunderbusses loaded with salt. Even Donald stopped using his sport shotgun a lot of time ago.
So, if you see a firearms in a Topolino's story, it's possible that story is some years old.

Aaand Double Duck still have no problem of that.

Yes, but I still have to see him holding a gun outside of a cover. So, firearm=bad guy.
