It was really beautiful! I couldn't go inside the building and would have loved to see what it looked like in there, but it was really neat to see from the outside. There was another building in Cordoba that was bigger and had a similar design. I think you would have loved it! It really stood out alongside the other buildings. Thank you for the wonderful comment! :blowkiss:

Spanish Architecture 4

Thanks a bunch :D I don't remember exactly, but I would guesstimate about between 6 inches and a foot long? So not a tiny image or a gigantic one, but around medium size. Try to imagine a medium sized-rock with an image on the front of it. There were pretty big rocks that had petroglyphs on them too, but the images seem to be more faded on those. It seemed liked the medium-sized rocks had the best-preserved images on them. Thank you for the lovely comment! Bouquet Emoticon

Petroglyph detail

Haha, that is a very good interpretation of this! I hadn't really tried to interpret this much but I definitely think at least one of those figures is an animal-like creature. I wonder what it's actually supposed to be! It's just one of the rocks I was able to get a better capture of so I thought it would be cool to post this one. But I totally see your interpretation of it there :D

Thank you! Yeah, I think the colors do look better than gel pens. The last time I used colored pencils, visualizing it, the colors are a lot more bland... and like I said the scan here doesn't do it justice. I'll have to find a better way to scan these for next time. That's really cool, I didn't know you've been to Europe! And it's really interesting that you mention the Ukraine because I found out that one of my good friends on here is from there. He doesn't live there anymore but he and his family are from there!

Colorful Delights

Haha, thanks! While I was coloring it, I was getting hungry too! :giggle: Actually, it was! And it took me a long time because I had to do it in segments and there were a lot of little spots to color. But it was nice coloring with the gel pens. I want to make more like this! Yes, you totally should try some too! If you do, you need to post what you color! Thank you for the great comment and the fave :glomp:
