MOTC: Empress Cheharraphix

I wanted to redo Cheharraphix from MOTC. There were several characters that got some redos, and since I felt like I had learned more (namely how to paint black), Cheharraphix was a natural. She'll fit better alongside the painting of Sarkanj, anyway.
