I love my Nikon. It has a ton of lenses to choose from and if your lucky you can even find good older lenses for cheap that still work on the new body which I think is a great feature. I have the d5000 and it has a ton of point and shoot stuff that I don't use but works great for a beginner. I would definitely suggest Nikon over Olympus.
Hi. What exactly did you want done? Most of your photos are either snapshots or self portrait (you took them of yourself). I guess what I am asking is what exactly did you want done to them. If you really want just small changes there are a ton of free software that you can use to do that type of editing. If you really want them to look professional I would try to start with a different composition in the pictures first. I'm not trying to be rude and I'd be glad to help you.
Well considering we would run at least 2 miles in the morning with 2 hours pt ( physical training) march or run everywhere else and if you got in trouble more pt plus obstacle courses and much more physical activity. So I guess A lot of hours were spent on cardio per day and it was everyday but this is extreme. I would really have to say that you are probably not going to be doing to much exercise but you really need to watch your diet and your body for signs that it is to much. shin splints stress fractures pulled muscles hurting knees. You body will let you know if your doing to much and if its too strenuous. And I really wouldn't worry what the scale says pounds are deceiving muscle weighs more and you really need to go by how you feel, how your clothes feel, and if your gaining tone etc. If it makes you feel good then it should be fine. If your feeling crappy something is off.
