White Noise (Siren Head)

White Noise is an EXTREMELY rare form of Siren Head. It occurs whenever a Siren Head's been eating for a long period of time, and essentialy gets 'tired' of having to eat. It then stops eating, which may result in two outcomes. It will adapt into become either a Starved Siren, or a White Noise. White Noise is rarer and less powerful, being extremely malnourished with greyish-white flesh. White Noise no longer feels Hunger, and thus shows little to no hostility. Due to starving itself, it also loses its ability to properly produce and mimic sound, and also loses its ability to shapeshift. Since it doesn't eat anymore, White Noise will instead spend its time sleeping, wandering, or curiously following and examining other creatures.
