Tommaso Rossi

Tommaso Rossi is a traitor of Passione who attempted to kill the Leader, Giorno Giovanna. He was easily thwarted, and escaped with  just a missing arm, before fleeing to the United States. He currently works as a Bartender, while keeping his identity as secret as possible.
