Since it seems to have become my niche, I'm brainstorming the next MLP/HPL piece - Lyra and a certain degenerate seaside town. Riffing on the Lyra as Seapony meme, of course. A salt-drunk pegasus named Mackerel Sky as an Expy of Zadok Allen is a must, too. But I don't want it to be a poor ripoff of The Shadow Over Innsmouth either....
So, any ideas or suggestions? I'd like it to be more humorous than Stars, and go in directions that readers of the original won't suspect.

The Swancon Artshow is on again! If you have anything you want entered - and I hope you do, we've had some lovely stuff in all the previous years I've been going - then please read the following and get back to me ASAP. Remember, there's just a few months to go :)
The art show will run on Friday April 2nd at Swancon. All artists are urged to reserve space in the show by submitting a registration form and paying a registration fee for each entry. Works registered after 25th March 2010 might not find room at the Show. Although multiple entries are allowed, space is limited so we will accept entries on a first-come
You could entitle your gallery 'More terrifying reasons to keep visitors from wanting to stay in Australia'. Now if you will excuse me I intend to spend the rest of the winter curled into a foetal ball howling.
