Honestly this looks really good, the line art is amazing! Its very nice and smooth, the highlights on the ring, neck, and horns look great, but there are a few things that can use some work.

The style of the eye clashes with the overall design. If you drew an eye the fitted the style it would make this a better piece overall. The shading looks good but I can tell you didn't spend much time blending the colors in. The blur tool if used correctly would be excellent for this.
