with artfight over I'd like to do some more fully artistic liberty doodles, as some lighter commission work between the larger stuff I'm working on (like refs and a long overdue business card revamp)!

categories removed, making it harder to narrow down any search especially for older posts.
followed by flirting with removing a favourites search function?? nice that they put it back, stupid that we had to complain enough for that to happen.
difficulty in carefully organizing my gallery without the ability to move multiple thumbnails at once.
new submission page: sure, maybe it was outdated and due for an overhaul. but replacing the categories of 'mature content' with a single button to cover anything from a single female presenting tiddy to violent gore or fetishes I'm not keen on is beyond backwards. this was one of the last things I could praise the site for (with size limit/custom resizing and any degree of gallery rearrangement), properly letting you filter content in a case-by-case manner and choose to see the image after viewing context like

okay got something that is not a complaint about the state of the art world.
so other than refs I always try to pick aspect ratios that future me won't have trouble printing without cutting (usually 3:4, 2:3, 1:2 or 5:8).
but when I can I have some vertical YCHs I'd like to post that have an aspect ratio of 1:2, and can't tell if I should go with something else if I'd like to have them made into bookmarks (or used as phone wallpapers, maybe)?
is 1:2 fine for either, or should I try to lengthen them into 1:3 since it looks like most bookmarks are 2x6 inches? ๐ค

it's such a paint to organize folders now, without the ability to automatically sort chronologically, drag multiple deviations at once, or scroll faster than a snail's crawl, that I've just been removing older art from my featured gallery instead /:
they're all still visible in any other folder, but I don't want them to be the first thing somebody sees when visiting my page. hence why I'd rather have them at the end instead but if it takes that fuckin long I'm just not gonna bother lol
feel punished for wanting to maintain my page the same way I have since I began using this darn site :u
