You know what you say about promises: once you make them, you cannot back out of them unless you have a seriously legit reason like being super-busy (which some of my country`s fellow people still are, even on this very day! O_O) and this case is definitely one of those. Not to even mention that I was (and still am because of who he is ) really really interested in Niro as an Undertale Lich character, since I dunno how can you place one of those in that universe and make it as legit as it can be, especially if you like me and you see Liches as badass spell-casting skeletons in the 1st place (kind of like both Sans and Papyrus, only that they say for themselves that they`re skeletons and they have no phylacteries as well, their souls being the very body we see them have, at least according to few Monster books you can read in their librarby. Still confused? I don`t blame you, I am. ). By far the only way I can devise is that in there, they masquerade as Skeletons and are technically almost impossible to see, like W. D. Gaster, even if he doesn`t seem to be one and Niro is one of those among any others as well, even if he`s quite a sight because of his colors and outfit.

3 guesses why is the 2nd Lich (the smaller one) wearing the helmet and the breastplate of a Black Guard.
