Signiture move: Creeping Vine (Grass 10pp 70pwr) One the first turn, the user sets vines into the ground. On the second turn, a cage of vines will appear around the target, this prevents them from using physical moves, instead taking damage. On the third turn, the cage wraps around the enemy and damages then, then disappears.
Much like it's past form, it hides in pumpkin patches. Unlike before though, they can use a bizarre power to make spectral hands, which they use to drag people inside them to scare them more and feed off their fear before spitting them back out. Some people that anybody that has this happen to them is cursed afterwards.

Pumpanic also like to scare people and feed off of fear like it's previous forms, but unlike them, it doesn't hide and wait, it instead chases it's target though pumpkin patches, setting the field ablaze with it's perculiar fire that doesn't burn the pumpkins. They do this to make their target panic more.

Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist not only have far better names (pumpscare? Really?), but they aren't just "pumpkin" with a face and tentacles, but they embody the entire spirit of halloween. Pumpkaboo is not just a pumpkin. Sure, it's lower body resembles a pumpkin, but just LOOK at the top half: the furry little face resembles that of a bat or a black cat, both represent halloween. but it's different enough to look like a monster of it's own.
Then look at gourgeist. It's top half can resemble one of two things: a plant growing out of the pumpkin, or a witch-eqse character. To be honest, gourgeist reminds me of marceline from adventure time (I think it's the face and the teeth and the hair)
Now look at these fakemon. Frightkin is a little soul popping out of a pumkin with some tentacles. (it's simmilar to pumpkaboo in that sense) judging by that, maybe it would pop out of the pumpkin in the next evoloution for contuniuity. Nope. For some reason, it goes further into the pumpkin, and the eyes on the pumkin disapear. Ok, it could have carved it to give it more space, but when why do the eyes on the pumkin return in the final evo?
