In the past I wanted to live outside of Brazil, but I was just a teenager dreaming too high. Adult life came, and with it came boring jobs, low wages, bills and debts, and the expectation of living "better days" is gone. Today I work remotely doing what I like, I have the opportunity to acquire more knowledge, I can hear the stories of those who have lived experiences that I have not (yet) and the expectation of living "better days" has returned, and has been renewed. I'm approaching fifty years of life and the possibility of living in another country has made me excited, but I haven't yet made my choice. Who knows, I might become a digital nomad? Well, I work remotely, I'm single and I have no children; this would be a beautiful experience. I have observed, but not studied, options such as Madeira (Portugal), Dominican Republic, Panama, Costa Rica, Uruguay and Colombia. I'm not doubting the fatalities caused by COVID-19, but since the pandemic began in Brazil, no one has died from respiratory diseases, heart disease, vascular diseases, AIDS, cancer, venereal diseases, diabetes, infections, dysfunctions, firearm shots. , traffic accidents, work accidents, old age, etc. It is becoming more and more difficult to trust this press again.

I'm writing this text long before the premiere of "Space Jam: The New Legacy", or popularly "Space Jam 2". I believe that many of you here watched the first film there in 1996 and enjoyed it very much, because it is a fun film and also marked the return of the Looney Tunes to the movie theaters. In this 21st century, where we expected to see the rise of a society with a more evolved and refined thinking, we see people struggling to cancel some harmless characters that have entertained several generations: Pepé Le Pew and Speedy González. Pepé Le Pew never encouraged me to harass and rape a woman and Speedy González never caused me prejudice about Mexicans. I have always liked to see Le Pew fail in his love affair and Speedy, for me, is a courageous character and is almost a superhero for his fellow rodents. It is unfortunate to see the creations of artists being thrown in the mud because of a small and noisy group of people who want to dictate the norms for the current society.
