Well, I lvoe the neautral, natural colours you used on this, as well as the flexed pose of the hand's fingers.
However, the rendering could be better.
His face looks very feminine, and lacks every aspect that makes a face male/masculine. His mouth is too small - in males, even feminine ones, it extends past the end of the pupil if you draw a line from one of the corners to the eyes. His jaw is very feminine - masculine jaws have a definite edge to them, even if the face has an overall androgenic look. His eyebrows look defined and thin - if he were a metrosexual, that would be fine, but in the case of Edward Elrich, he's not. I suggest thickening them a tad, and placing them a bit higher, since his forehead seems a bit too big too.
His face looks very rendered, but his neck and shoulders not so much.
His hair, while excellent in rendering technique, lacks vitality and naturality. No one's hair stands up like that. Maybe lowering the arches of the bangs would make for a more natural feel. His braid also feels forced and I think you should do a thorough study on how hair weaves in a braid.
However, I love how the tones in the hands are repeated in the clouds on the sky, it glues it all together in a pleasant way.
