Thriving

Finally done with this panorama. I started at 1pm and time of upload is at around 5pm. A solid 4 hours of work.

Many challenges were presented in the making of this iconic panorama. I shot this during the 930pm Marina Bay light show which wasn't exactly easy considering I had 4 tiles with Marina Bay sands in it which would mean the light show would cause a massive headache in stitching.

Secondly, I wanted the singapore flyer still and instead of shooting this in the wee hours of the morning when its closed I had to shoot it in operation thus maintaining a lighted cityscape bustling with life in the offices.

third, I didn't like what was coming out from hdr software for this particular image so I hand blended all 16.. yes sixteen tiles of the panorama, thus breaking my old record of 7 tiles..
