Tonight is Halloween, it was finally the night of frights as the light of the full moon shined down it's light upon the City of Musutafu, Japan. Every civilian and hero alike were getting into the full swing of the celebration, but they were the only ones having fun on this night. Sitting atop a forested hill is U.A. High school, the #1 ranked high school for heroics, both students and faculty were having their own celebrations as well. At the Heights Alliance Dormitories, students of every course were throwing Halloween Parties with all their friends and classmates. In one of the dorms belonging to U.A's own Class 1-A were have a big costume party too.
