Meet General Ratashen al Tarakhan's Warlords Armored And Artillery Division.
Drawing his Serpent Troopers is pretty much challenging to me, telling me which snake is very common and several types like rat snakes and cobras. And so I've drawn them in selected serpents as you can see it right now. Remember one of my Deadly Alliance artworks that starred Jacob Kobra? Yep, these are the Cobra Troopers from the Warlords and drawn their armor as you can see that one too.

The Warlords Armored & Artillery Division
The Warlords Armored Division & Artillery is the powerful ground forces relied on heavy vehicles and tanks and artilleries. Thanks to their iconic WLT-95, the Warlords’ main battle tank, and WSPA-206 “Black Cannon” and WMRL-67 “Rattlesnake”, the division is spearheaded by General Ratashen al Tarakhan and commanded his Serpent Troopers. They mainly specialize with armored vehicles and served as engineer combatants and repairmen on the battlefield. Most of them at the time were once an army for the regime until it was dismantled by Jacob Kobra and his freedom fighters. Now the division is the sub-faction of the Warlords.
Lieutenant Aziz El Kassar Kobar
A lone Serpentfolk-like Cobra warrior who is the mercenary in the previous decade. Forging with strategic planning for his attacks and getaways, causing terror attacks in the streets of the war-torn cities, resulting him as the most dangerous terrorist in the world. The uncatchable suspect, El Kassar was recruited by his commanding officer, General al Tarakhan, and now became as his top lieutenant and mercenary.

The Serpentfolk-like Rattlesnake is the leader and Master of Artillery and Armored Division. He masterminded atrocity criminal act when he shelled and razed the innocent town where he killed dozens of unharmed men, women, and children, including the freedom fighters. A merciless warlord, General Ratashen al Tarakhan is the only untouchable suspect that no one can reach him but only someone can stop his "Rain of Death."
