RD High - Lucifer's last Act 3The teacher-apartments were not readily visible from Krowell’s classroom and so it was perhaps quite a while – when students snuck outside for some romance – that anyone noticed the change that had come over the far away building.
“Headmaster!” A last-year student ran in, screaming at the top of her lungs. “The apartments are burning!”
A flurry of motion as several teachers ran outside, while several others kept the students in check.
Leopold was the first to come outside, eyes widening in horror when he saw the apartments. Flames were reaching for the black night-sky, roaring as they consumed more and more of the building.
“Elizabeth and Marlowe are still there!” He heard from beside him, Matthew being just a touch slower than he had been. The other’s impressive wings opened, flapping to get him airborne.
“Follow us!” Leopold called to his wife. “And keep the students in there.” He too flew off, strugg
Aves et Apis Chapter 10His every muscle was screaming in pain as he struggled to safely navigate the raging current. Napoleon had long ago stopped swimming on strength, now merely moving on sheer will and despair alone.
When they reached another underground lake he could not help himself, for a few moments merely drifting in the water. Beside him Marth was hardly in a better state, even the Elite 8 getting tired.
Faintly he wondered if he could go rest on the shore for just a short while, at least until his muscles stopped screaming bloody murder. He inflated his yellow flotation sac, dragging himself to the water’s surface.
Marth surfaced as well, turning to look at him, before freezing in his tracks as he looked at something behind the Floatzel.
On the cruel rock shore was a black silhouette...
“Matthew...” Cotton’s boyfriend breathed, forcing himself to swim swiftly to the Honchkrow. He stumbled up the loose pebbles, reaching out with shuddering hands to the Flying-type. He froze i
Movienight gone awry...“That movie was awesome!” Scratch declared. He and his two friends –Morrigan the Zorua and Sibelius the Chatot – had been allowed to watch a movie on their Master’s television and they had picked ‘Brotherhood of the Mightyena’.
They could count themselves lucky that no one had checked up on them while they had been watching, because they would have had their hides had they seen what movie the youngsters had chosen.
Scratch had managed to convince the other two to watch a horror-movie about a Hydreigon stalking Sinnoh centuries ago and killing humans and Pokémon alike. It was only when the Sinnoh King send a brave scientist with his Hoenn-native friend to stop it that the beast’s reign of terror was ended.
“It sure was...” Sibelius said with a slight shiver in his voice. His feathers were fluffed up, making him seem even rounder than he already was. He faintly felt like he’d regret watching the movie, but he did no
RD High - Lucifer's last Act 2“Elizabeth, I swear that I will not make the end of the Prom at this rate.” Matthew groaned, resting his head against hers. They and their colleagues were sitting off to the side – except for Zorro, who had stormed off after they had joined the group – and she was making it very hard on him not to do something he’d regret.
And she damn knew it. As did several of the others, though they knew better than to let it show around him.
“You do not like this, Liebling?” He was beginning to think that someone HAD spiked the punch with the way she was acting today. “Vell, perhaps Marlowe vill appreciate me more.” She pouted lightly. “He likes Peach, does he not?”
“Yes...?” He blinked as she rose to her feet.
“Zen I am bringing him some.” Was it wrong of him to feel relieved as she walked over to the refreshment-tables?
Marlowe meanwhile was having quite some different problems than a fiancée that had
Aule's Evolution RPWan-Wan-Tan Highly disappointed in the fact that he hadn't done any exploring or adventuring, Gamma paced about Cottony plains, muttering unintelligent things to himself. While he was there, however, he started to notice the heavy increase of plants overgrowing around them. He had no idea what it all meant or why the heck it was happening, but he was sure excited to find out!
Dragonlover1986 Damned, damned flowers… He really felt like burning them all down, but the sheer AMOUNT of them was really a bit much. Would he burn down the island if he tried? Well, it would be less bad than poisoning everyone… :/ Don’t mind him, he’s still a bit depri about the Poison-Shard -_-“
Wan-Wan-Tan "Gammagammagammagammagammagamma." he repeated to himself as he crawled around in the overgrown plants, sticking his tail up as a signal. He would occasionally twitch his tail before continuing on his way. Not paying attention to where he was going, Gamma's
Aves et Apis Chapter 9“Elizabeth?” He murmured again, softly tightening his wing’s grip on her. “Answer me...” She did not react to his gently coaxing, her ruby eyes still closed.
“Please...” His wing tightened a bit more, his beak nudging the side of her face. “Elizabeth...”
Arceus, no, please no.
“Elizabeth...” A whimper mixed in with her name. Arceus, let her be alive, please, please, let her be alive...
“Wake up.” He pushed himself up, cupping her face in his wing. His ribs screamed in protest as he leaned over her. “By Arceus, wake up.”
He started to shiver, feeling none of the pain that caused as he desperately sought for some small movement of the bee below him. She couldn’t... she couldn’t be dead. She couldn’t do that to him...
His heart screamed in agony, sending a symphony of ‘not again’ through his body. “Don’t... do this to me. Ple
Aves et Apis Chapter 8More than once they had to basically play ‘Eeny, meeny, miny, moe’ when the underground river split. They dared not separate since neither of them knew their way around down here. At every split they stopped as best as they could for Napoleon to leave a mark on the wall so they would know their way back.
Despite finding the Shiny Skarmory-female relatively soon, there was still no sign of either Matthew or Elizabeth.
That he’d ever worry about the bee, Napoleon wouldn’t have believed if someone had told him that a week ago. Now he was praying as much for her survival as he was for the Honchkrow’s. In a strange way, he was certain he’d miss her crankiness should this end badly. She was a part of the farm...
He Ice Punch’ed a massive boulder in his way, shattering the rock into several pieces that got dragged along with the current. He hoped that somehow the two he was searching had managed to dodge it.
Ahead of him Marth glared back when he had
