An old scavenger scientist who made a special flight suit after being rejected by everyone else he decided to become someone worth respecting or at least fearing and became Vulture, with his winged suit able to launch feather darts, powerful talon boots and a hunger for riches he thought he had it made until the new hero Spider-Man came along
