Experiment 623: Inari

Experiment log entry 623: It was Earth Day and everyone was keeping the environment all clean. Lately, there have been news reports about a giant flame conjuring, 9-tailed fox spirit attacking people who were trying to demolish an old park. Which was really odd, because a fox like is a kitsune which lives all the way in Japan. That's when it dawned on me and Stitch that it had to be an experiment. So we hopped in the buggy, asked the witnesses and/or victims for information, and went to the old park where the kitsune was last seen and we found her. Only, she was a bit wary of us and began to run away from us for a while. We then confessed to the spirit that we meant no harm to her or any of nature and only wished to seek her out, because she is ohana of Stitch. And so it was that the kitsune approached us and transformed into her original form with special staff in hand. We then named her Inari for her prosperity towards nature and her kitsune form. Inari was pleased that we treated her like equals, yet she also proved to be extremely wise and finds all of nature to be sacred to the world (though, speaking in the form of riddles). When Gantu came in to clain Inari, she found him very distrusting for how he carelessly knocks trees over and makes a mess in order to proceed. After a fierce and fiery fight, we decided that Inari's place would be nature's guardian and managed to help her grow soft towards others. Before departing, Inari promised to keep to do whatever it takes to safeguard nature and only act if needed.
