OMG!!! I can't believe it! The triple digits! Aaahhh!!! Wow. Okay, okay. I won't do a speech or anything. But I still can't believe I've made it this far. I'm actually surprised at myself. Having stuck by a project for this long, and still want to keep going.
Those of you that have been with me throughout this journey, you all know who you are. Of course, every single one of you reading this right now are what it's all about. So I thank each and every one of you for sticking around on this relatively cliche journey. I hope you'll all stick around a little longer until we reach the end. The next chapter, while it's the last one, will be a bit of a doozy.
However, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I think my tablet may be dying. It's no longer working with Photoshop. So I actually had to finish this page using my inking program FireAlpaca. If you guys love me, maybe toss me a couple bucks each so I can get a new tablet. The one I've picked out is only $75. But it's till bigger and newer than my old little Bamboo.
But in the meantime, thank you again, everyone!
Just real quick about this page. I'm patting myself on the back for how I placed everyone in the last panel there. I had to have done it subconsciously. All of them on the couch are all ex-Navy. So, this entire dilemma unfolding on the screen in front of them is just awful. Not only are they watching a friend, whom they thought dead, actually dying. But they're seeing someone they used to follow a long time ago commit this atrocity. There's so much emotion in this page, I hope I did it all justice.
So anyway. Sorry about the wall of text. Seeya all next week!
