Paracing - Paracosm King Fakemon

Paracosis - Paracing's nature and characteristic give it a secret type. When paracing uses Metronome or Transform, it will randomly transform into a Pokemon or use a move of it's secret type. Also, double PP usage for Metronome and Transform.
For example, if Paracing is Rash and "A Little Quick Tempered", Metronome will only become Fire-type moves and Paracing will only Transform randomly into Fire-types.
