About Me
Hey there! I’m DragonAnalei, but most people call me either Dragon, Analei, or Ana (Ana’s not my real name though. That’s a secret lol). I’m a digital artist who loves watching animated TV shows and movies. I’ve liked drawing ever since I can remember, but I didn’t start being super passionate about it until around 2009. I got my first drawing tablet in 2012 and I absolutely love it.
If you wanna know a little more about me, my favorite colors are pink and black, my favorite foods are chocolate, mac & cheese, shrimp, Italian food, and Chinese food, and I think dragons are awesome (hence the username). Also, my all time favorite characters are Shiro from Voltron: LD, Yusei from Yugioh 5D’s, and Cat Noir from Miraculous Ladybug. Ya'll I'm so tired. I've stuck it out on this site through all their uh... questionable decisions. Idk how much more I can do it. This whole AI art thing is so chaotic and ridiculous. Even if/when this all calms down, I've been considering this for a while.
That plus I have a number of social media I'm trying to keep updated. The traffic and engagement I've been getting on this site in recent years has been very low and I don't know if it's even worth it at this point anymore.
My main focus has been Twitter and Instagram, which aren't the best sites for artists in their own ways, but that's a different discussion. Still, I've noticed I've been getting the most attention on Instagram at least? I keep trying to build audiences other than here but it's a struggle. I don't have the energy to post as often as I'd like to and my mental health has been pretty spotty lately.

A kind soul on Toyhouse informed me that someone on Amino was using one of my OCs for roleplay purposes. This isn't the first time this has happened too. They changed his backstory but used his name and art/likeness. The pictures they used looked like they were taken from my Deviantart here, so I'd like to remind people to PLEASE DO NOT use my characters and PLEASE DO NOT use my art for any reason, especially without permission.
The only time anyone should use my art is if it's a commission they ordered from me.
My OCs are pieces of me and I put my heart into them and my art. When people use them like this, it feels bad. It's not difficult to make your own OC and if you want art of them and don't want to do it yourself, there's tons of artists out there willing to take commissions.
So again, please don't use my OCs. Thank you.
