Characters, Story and Art by Dragon-FangX
Just came across this story posted by CreeperFoxBoy on furaffinity. Decided I'd be better searching for the original, as he's just posting pages without the links, which I expect will make it hard to follow.
Does he have the artist's permission to repost it elsewhere? If not, you might want to check it out and report it.
I have seen a good number of stories posted on DA. I have seen my fair share of good, bad, and...weird stories. Most were just normal stories, written with a straight plot, from beginning to end. I am not bothered by that. However, this is the first story that I have seen that incorporates branching plots. Even better, this story uses links, giving us readers the choice to determine the course of the plot. Thus, I ended up having fun clicking on various links, and saying what happens if I, the reader, determine the course of the princess' story.
Dragon-FangX and all who contributed, this is an amazing project! You had both fun and quality as you wrote this branching story. Plus, it made a very unique spin on the "princess story," by having multiple story branches. The technique of using links to branch into different plots itself was one of the most unique ways I've ever seen in DA. Hence, the whole story has a great sense of impact, drawing me into the story! Thank you for all your hard work!
I do want to acknowledge the massive work behind all this, as it is very entertaining, well-written and well-drawn, but let’s face the facts: they didn’t reinvent the wheel.
