Icon Commission Hub (CLOSED)

Thought this would make my life and finding this commission type i offer easier on people by putting it in a big ol DA hub post, so here we are!

 At this time im doing: FCFS Scarfox Icons, OC Icons, other CS icons (no complex mecha or highly complex gear layering) 

 I am not doing: Anything else, including offbrands, SF one offs, currently voided scarfoxes, extremely closely resembling species, etc.

Price: $45 an icon,
a complexity fee may apply if the design you're commissioning is very above the usual (fee is around 5-15 usd extra depending per chara), this is case by case and very typically doesnt hit the 15 end!

 invoices are paid up front before i start working on your commissions, this is my normal policy   

 Typical timeframe for icons: 
1-2 days or up to a week, this depends on my schedule and personal energy/motivation. if it takes beyond the 2 week mark, ill message you and let you know it may take longer due to irl things! 

  please DO:  
- inquire on purchasing a slot for someone else, or buying an icon as a gift!  
 -ask questions before paying for the slot if you have any!
  -Include a moodboard or images that help me understand your characters aesthetic!!
 -let me know your characters personalities and what you'd think would be good for their backdrop (if not already listed in their TH)
 -ask about the progress of your icon! but not in an ask every minute hour day etc deal, if its taken me longer than 48 hours to respond, you're fine to poke me in the dm!
 -have a flatcolored fullbody available for my reference needs! if it is not flatcolored, please provide a pallet! if you do not have a flatcolor ref nor a pallet, im free to color pick the image you give me and determine their flats
-inquire on species i could consider taking on! this lets me think about the number of slots i can change to in the future, and ideas on how to draw the species for icons! 
- tip me on the invoice if you feel so kind! its never obligatory for a customer to do so, but it does support me greatly, and its always appreciated! <3

 PLEASE do not:  
- ask me to hold a slot for you or someone else, or put a future slot on hold for you
 -commission me to make art of an unapproved/pending update approval design if your chara is of a CS (closed species)
-send in a form when slots are closed or empty, hold onto it until i open up again!
-ask for constant edits or revisions (once you agree its fine, i wont go back and make larger edits, including changing the pose, so PLEASE make sure the progress shots i send you feels fitting to continue on with) i work best with artistic freedom, and feedback from my customer! but if a customer gets stuck on something, im more apt to make the final choice and let you know why its a good idea! 
-abuse the feedback section, or i will not take you on as a customer in the future, and may refund and cancel your commission. you're fine to ask questions regarding the progress shots of course, just dont like, flood it lol
-QnA me on my process, style, what i use, etc. 
-ghost me in our convo, being able to respond within a 1-4 hour timeframe latest is best so i can continue working on your commission and get it done faster! the longer a customer takes to reply, the longer it takes for me to move forward ^^7
