I can't rate it. It's a good drawing so far. Study the real animals more, find out why they are as they are, why they have certain features. Look closely at a real scorpion, see it's pincers, how they open and close. See the sting, the legs, etc. Study another animal the same way. Then try to blend them together to create a new creature.
