Wrangled with Excel again
to produce fractals. It's still a finicky program for such work as detailed on Spreadsheet Gasket
. This time around the set up is more like a multiplication table, a "fixed array" in my impromptu parlance, with the calculations involving only a topmost and leftmost sequence of natural numbers. The calculations themselves are basic operations done on trigonometric functions. As such, it's probably a marginal case for a fractal as IIRC those are recursive. However since it arguably displays self-similarity in its structure I hope it'll squeak by others' classifications.
In any case, the end result reminds me of the colorful geometric pixel art I did with Paintshop Pro 6(?) on my first computer back in the ides of the early 2000s.
Done on Excel 2007. Cropping and *.jpg compression in Paintshop Pro 9.
